6 x 45‑minute coaching session: Six quiet sessions for self-reconnection, finding your path, and cultivating self-awareness for an authentic life.

How the program works

  • Format: One-on-one online coaching sessions.
  • Structure: The program begins with an introduction call, followed by 6 coaching sessions.
  • Scheduling: Each session needs to be scheduled through your member area. Choose from one of the available slots. It is recommended to keep 2 weeks in-between sessions.
  • Notes and insights: Get automated notes and insights per mail and stored on the platform after each session
