Our Wholehearted
Story
The bravest journey you will ever take is the journey within.
Â
I began my life as an outlier, a high-potential child who grew up mostly misunderstood. My path was not a straight line.
I left a misaligned educational system at 18 to build a career in sales, eventually earned a degree in Applied Computer Science, and rose to become a Business Unit Leader in Digital Transformation and Innovation. From the outside, I was a success story. On the inside, I felt empty.
I chased business success for more than 15 years, trading my well-being for a career in companies that only promoted values on paper. I found myself on the brink of burnout, living one task at a time with no room to actually live.
I learned the hard way that leading with courage is unsustainable when your heart and your environment are no longer aligned. I realized that to change my life, I had to change my foundation. This led me to a period of deep curiosity where I anchored my recovery in Stoic wisdom, ancient Japanese philosophy, the concept of ReThinking from Adam Grant, and the research of Brené Brown on vulnerability.
These principles transformed how I show up as a leader and a person. They became the foundation of my practice, and the following quotes are what initially shifted everything for me.
Clear
isÂ
kind.
Unclear is unkind.
Brené Brown
Life is
10% what happens to you and
90% how you react to it.
Charles R. Swindoll
We do not lead despite our cracks.
We lead because of them.

In Japan, there is an art called Kintsugi, where fractured pottery is mended with gold. I was always an empathetic leader, but finding myself on the brink of burnout was the moment that forced me to pause. The gold in my story was not discovering my empathy, it was finally turning that empathy inward to recenter and align my life.
In ancient legend, the Inari deity blessed a russet fox that faithfully guarded the crops from harm, turning it into the Byakko, the white fox emissary protecting the harvest. Today, the harvest is our human potential and creativity.
Inari Consulting stands as that guardian, protecting your potential from the isolating shadows of ego, the heavy weight of perfectionism, and the exhaustion of the corporate mask.
Who we are is how we lead.
Â
Personal life alignment is the absolute prerequisite for professional leadership.
You cannot effectively lead others if you are disconnected from yourself.
Take off the mask. Step into a quiet space.
Choose courage over comfort.
